Hello fellow Creators,
Very excited to be showcasing Meg's Garden new Collection ' Shades of Green'.
For these cards I used Meg's Garden Pack No. 1, together with the Cut
& Create sheet. This collection is amazing and I was inspired to
create something different for you today.
Firstly, I decided on this Tea Cup card which was a lot of fun putting
together. I altered the tag on the actual tea bag that is sitting in
the cup, ideal for sending to a friend to share.
Here is the card completely open.
and now it is closed and ready to send.
Next came a couple of cards using this lovely Collection ' Shades of Green'
Close ups for you showing the beautiful trims and metal embellishments.
Well that is all I have for you today. I hope you have enjoyed our journey through Meg's Garden new Collection. You can view more HERE.
Don't forget to check out the Labels, to see which items I have used.
Until next time....have fun creating and see you next month.....Regards
Liz.

ARTastic March Challenge - Animals
Hello fellow Creators,
Today I am sharing with you the latest challenge over at ARTastic Blog. This month they have inspiration from Luka Va and here it is.
The criteria was to use animals in any form. So here is my creation. I used this postcard that my son had posted when he was overseas. Such a story attached the short version was that he gave the postcard to someone in a taxi and asked them to post it for him. Well a couple of months after his return, I did receive it, making it very special.
Thank you for taking the time to look. Until next time...happy creating. Liz.

A close up of Meg's flowers and brass element, add that little bit of flair to the any layout.
The butterfly and little lavender are from the Shabby chic cutouts and here is a close up.
You will notice, no title or pics as yet, but I am sure I will have some lovely pics of my grand girls to slot in shortly. :)

SECRET MYSTERY BOX & MINI JOURNAL with new PARIS CHIC COLLECTION
Hello Everyone,
Liz here today showing you the new PARIS CHIC COLLECTION. I was lucky enough to be given the new Journal pack in this wonderful collection.
But first let me tempt you with a 'Secret' mystery box that I created to hold the mini journal using Paris Chic.
And Meg's Garden new Box Handle Arch and decorative lock. Stunning items don't you think?? Then I was inspired to do a little Decoupage on the lid, with papers from Paris Chic and Vintage Beauties.
Now for a little side view and inside peek.
I made the little Journal from a couple of 12x12 album page inserts, then set about decorating my Journal.
Some special brass corners and metal hearts.
Meg's Garden lace and ribbon really set the Journal off.
Meg's Garden heart shaped doily and beautiful floral ribbon.
You will notice that I used a little 'Inca Gold' in gold to edge a few of the cutouts, which gives a real vintage look to the pictures.
Finally a little fussy cutting of the flowers and here is the end.
I hope you have enjoyed our little visit through Meg's new Paris Chic Collection and be sure to check out more HERE.
Thanks for taking the time to look and until next time........happy creating. ....Love Liz.

Good morning everyone,

BUTTERFLY KISSES
I created this Birthday card for our little granddaughter and used 'Spring Pastels', along with A Twinkling Christmas Ballerina.
CHRISTMAS BASKET
This little basket would be lovely as a 'Teacher' gift or for that special person, filled with some goodies for Christmas.
For the inside of the box, I used 'White Flowers on Green' , and 'Parisian Gardens' Collections. Here is a close up look of the outside panels which were completed using 'A Twinkling Christmas' Collection.

A CARD WITHIN A CARD
Now for a closer look. I love making with card, as it is a little surprise packet, especially using this new Collection 'A Twinkling Christmas'.
This beautiful collection has such stunning images and suit this type of card quite well. Meg's Christmas bell
is unique and so delicate. Along with the ribbons and trim. The little
star I had in my stash which I heat embossed with some gold and glitter
and perfect for keeping the card closed.
Now open, the card has a little surprise.
A bit of fussy cutting of the little cherub, stocking , bauble and ribbons to make it bounce of the card.

A TWINKLING CHRISTMAS - WITH SLIDER CARD AND FRIENDS
Hello everyone,
This month I have been fortunate to receive the new Christmas range from Meg's Garden called 'A Twinkling Christmas'. I have used the Card Pack which contains 2 x 6 gorgeous papers, along with the Ephemera sheets. These are so divine as you will see.
Firstly, I created a 'slider' card, which I thought would be a little different for Christmas. I love making this card as it involves a little sewing.
I then embossed some snow around the bauble for a little extra effect when the card opens.
and this is the card when it is fully open.
My next card was using the Ephemera sheeet. I simply adore these images.
and embellished with Meg's Garden lace trim and metal emb.
Finally, for my next card I fussy cut the snowflake and embossed and sprinkled with a little glitter.
added a little of the Meg's silver trim and doily and here is the finished result.
I hope you have enjoyed our little trip into Christmas today and that it has inspired you to start making your Christmas cards. To see more of this fantastic Christmas range see HERE
