ARCHISCRAPS NOVEMBER CHALLENGE

Hello Bloggers,

Well I have finally got some sort of routine back after being away and knuckled down to do some scrapping and the inspiration being this photo.

I decided to tackle this month's challenge over at Archiscraps with a double layout of our trip to Montenegro.  I hope you are inspired to join in.  This is my take on the use of backgrounds, bricks and stone, I have used both in my double.

XMAS @ MEG'S GARDEN - ASSORTED COLOURWAYS

Well yes it is nearly that time of the year!!!!  Time to get your xmas card stash happening.  To help you along the way.  I have created a few cards in different tones, all using the gorgeous collections from Meg's Garden Christmas.

Here I have used pink and blue colourways and here are a couple of close ups.

So with that stash complete, I set about creating some more cards to give as gifts.  Meg's Garden Christmas Collections 'cut and creates' work so well for creating  beautiful xmas cards.

The colourways of red and green are very traditional and are so striking don't you think??  Set off by the beautiful trims from Meg's Garden.

Hopefully I have inspired you to commence your xmas stash for this year and to view all the trims and  papers please click  HERE.

Be sure to come back soon and see all the other lovely creations from the Design Team.. Until next time  happy creating....Love Liz

SHERLOCK III - A NEW CASE - SPECIALITY CD CASE

Hello Bloggers,

Liz here with you today, showcasing Meg's Sherlock III - A New Case Collection.

I have created a CD Case to give as a gift.   I have left some spots to insert photos and or journalling.
These CD cases are a lot of fun to create and quite easy to make as well, which is a bonus. :)

 This is the back view.

On thing to remember is not use to thick embellishments, so it lends itself to doing some fussy cutting from this Collection and there is an array to choose from.

A bit of stamping on the kraft card to tie it altogether.

Have I mentioned that I do love to fussy cut these days, as I find it very relaxing and gives me time to think where I will place them too.

Well that is all for today and I hope you have enjoyed our little journey and if you would like to see more of this amazing Collection, you can find more HERE.

SHADES OF GREEN - TEAPOT CARD WITH TIMELESS CARDS

Hello Everyone,

Here I am again today sharing with you Meg's Garden 'Shades of Green' Collection.

I am using Pack No. 2  and the Cut & Create from this Collection and hope that you enjoy todays viewing.

Firstly, to match last month's tea cup card, I decided it make a Teapot Card, which was lots of fun putting together.

Here is the other side.

The card can be opened up for the sentiment to be written inside and then tied together with ribbon bows.

I then set about making some matching cards from this Collection.

And now for some close ups, showcasing the many varied embellishments from Meg's Garden.

Love these Doilys.

I hope you have enjoyed our journey today and that it has inspired you to start creating your own beautiful cards from Meg's Garden Collections.
Remember to check out the Labels to see all the items used on my cards.  Until next time.....enjoy your creating time.   Regards Liz.
