So with that stash complete, I set about creating some more cards to give as gifts.  Meg's Garden Christmas Collections 'cut and creates' work so well for creating  beautiful xmas cards.

The colourways of red and green are very traditional and are so striking don't you think??  Set off by the beautiful trims from Meg's Garden.

SHERLOCK III - A NEW CASE - SPECIALITY CD CASE

Hello Bloggers,

Liz here with you today, showcasing Meg's Sherlock III - A New Case Collection.

I have created a CD Case to give as a gift.   I have left some spots to insert photos and or journalling.
These CD cases are a lot of fun to create and quite easy to make as well, which is a bonus. :)

 This is the back view.

On thing to remember is not use to thick embellishments, so it lends itself to doing some fussy cutting from this Collection and there is an array to choose from.

A bit of stamping on the kraft card to tie it altogether.

Have I mentioned that I do love to fussy cut these days, as I find it very relaxing and gives me time to think where I will place them too.

Well that is all for today and I hope you have enjoyed our little journey and if you would like to see more of this amazing Collection, you can find more HERE.

The card can be opened up for the sentiment to be written inside and then tied together with ribbon bows.

I then set about making some matching cards from this Collection.

And now for some close ups, showcasing the many varied embellishments from Meg's Garden.

Love these Doilys.

ARTastic March Challenge - Animals

Hello fellow Creators,

Today I am sharing with you the latest challenge over at ARTastic Blog.  This month they have inspiration from Luka Va and here it is.

The criteria was to use animals in any form.  So here is my creation.   I used this postcard that my son had posted when he was overseas.  Such a story attached the short version was that he gave the postcard to someone in a taxi and asked them to post it for him.   Well a couple of months after his return, I did receive it, making it very special.

Thank you for taking the time to look.  Until next time...happy creating.   Liz.
